Morro is located along the road that from Rasiglia and the upper Menotre Valley leads to Acqua Santo Stefano: it rises around the Church of San Martino, in front of the castle perched at an altitude of 882 meters above sea level. Further to the west, the rural agglomeration of Casale represents the third nucleus of this widespread settlement, likely already present in the twelfth century. The Church of San Martino, mentioned for the first time in a document of 1138, has long been autonomous from an administrative point of view and is quite rich in heritage: inside it preserves a beautiful, gilded copper processional cross with embossed details.
