The Maiolica family was a noble family from Foligno who had a union with the Pesci family between 1840 and 1845, taking residence in this splendid palace after purchasing it from the Deli family, who had been living here since 1431. The façade is at least from the mid-16th century if not older, and at the main level it showcases windows with alternating triangular and curved gables. According to Giuseppe Bragazzi, writer and lawyer from Foligno, the main hall used to be decorated by the painter Francesco Bottazzi.
