The building with its imposing façade, built at the end of the 17th century, was the home of important families over the centuries. Among the numerous owners, the Frenfanelli Cibo brothers must certainly be counted: Paolano, the first mayor of Foligno in the aftermath of the unification of Italy, and Serafino, twice mayor of the city and national deputy. The façade developed on three floors is equipped with four columns that support a small terrace that surmounts the entrance. The windows on the first and second floors show a linear and elegant decorative motif, while the entire façade is closed by a frame with geometric motifs that supports the terminal part of the roof
