From here, after leaving the main road leading to the gravel road towards Bevagna, one may enjoy a beautiful view over the hills to the south and to the west of the city. We are just below the area called, not surprisingly, Belvedere, in the heart of the lands of the Sagrantino grapes, between Bevagna and Montefalco, where the abundant vineyards are interrupted here and there by the olive groves, the cultivated fields and the little groves. The valley’s lowlands are crossed by the main road connecting the two cities.
